Merchandise Return Policy
If your merchandise was damaged in shipment keep the original shipping carton and contact us at: (714)-288-0465.
Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase. To do so, simply log into your Account and click the View Details link for the order you wish to return. When that order is displayed, click the Add New RMA button to create the RMA for your order.
If your order is older than 30 days, you may request that we review your order in consideration for an exchange, store credit, or refund. To do so, please click on the Return Form link below.
Replacement items that are in stock should reach you in 2-3 weeks.
The appropriate credit or refund will be issued when your return is processed.
